The report used to open on four numbers and bury the conclusions halfway down. It now starts with the short answer and follows the order of a decision. First the apps you are up against, in three groups: breaking on TikTok, winning in the store, and on TikTok but not in the store. Then how fast they grow on each side, the creatives to copy, the templates, what the comments and the store reviews say, the openings nobody takes and the plan. The technical detail stays folded at the bottom.
Every app now sits next to its App Store numbers in a new Apps vs TikTok tab, and a click shows all of its videos. The creative board has no top 30 anymore and lives in its own Creatives tab. Each card says what the video opens with, why it wins, with the number that proves it, and how the app shows up in it.
- Apps vs TikTok: each app's TikTok reach against its App Store pace, with all of its videos
- The creative board without a cap, by class: ads, app creators, promises, rising
- Each creative card says why it wins: still paid, top ad, rising, breakout or saved a lot
